Apartments:

Units are rented on a yearly lease but can be broken with a 30 day written notice. Future medical conditions will not affect move-out policies. Residents can bring in a personal care aide or home health nurse.

HUD Requirements To Be Eligible:

  • Occupancy is limited to households in which the head or spouse is at 62 years of age.

  • Applicants must certify their income and provide all financial information requested.

  • Applicants must demonstrate the ability to pay rent on time and to meet the requirements of tenancy.

  • Applicants must be interviewed prior to admission.
