We accept applications on a continuing basis for occupancy in our efficiency and one-bedroom apartments. The apartments are maintained and rented in accordance with the rules and regulations of NJ Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency and HUD. Rental assistance is available to those who qualify. To qualify for assistance, the total household adjusted income cannot be over $39,550 for single households or $45,200 for a larger household. Market units are also available.

Rent includes all utilities and private parking. Apartments are spacious and newly decorated. Amenities include on site laundry, elevators, game room, community room, social service, security and shopping within walking distance. Special programs and transportation available.
